My Food

This is probably silly, but I have been taking pictures of some of the food I've been making. I enjoy it, though. My 'big plan' is to go to the Culinary program NWACC offers after we're done having kid's and they're in school. I'll be the "old lady" in class, but it's what I want to do. Anyway,there is of my squash and zucchini plants. Holy cow! They're huge! I already have some veggies off of them, too. The BBQ chicken picture is the recipe I am working on for our Powell 4th of July throwdown. And the lasagna roll is something I am working on for our Powell New Year's throwdown. The roasted chicken was just for fun, as was the chocolate mousse, with home-made whipped cream.
